FOCUS: Medical Transportation and Service Member Transition Program

Join us on February 20 at 3 p.m. for this virtual Community Engagement Forum presented by VetsCAN.

Highlighted topics will look at two important programs:

• Transportation programs and reimbursement for Veterans obtaining medical care.
• Onward Ops national transition program supporting active duty service members in their journey back to civilian life. The program is currently available in the Milwaukee-area. Quentin Hatfield of the Wisconsin Veterans Network (VetsNet), the state’s only Onward Ops Community Integration Coordinating agency, will provide an overview of the program.
