Providing immediate bridge funding grants up to $500 to Veterans experiencing unexpected financial need. This is a pilot program limited to Dane, Green, and Richland counties.

Hometown Hero Outdoors honors and supports our heroes through incredible Adventures and Events that foster camaraderie, healing, and connection. Mental health struggles, isolation, and transition challenges take a toll. HHO helps heroes heal, connect, and rediscover purpose through outdoor adventures and community.
