SUMMARY:Military Spouse Resiliency Workshop
DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\n\nMilitary Spouse Resiliency Workshop\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is a FREE workshop that aims to empower spouses by enhancing their resilience tonavigate life’s stressors and adapt to evolving military lifestyle demands. \n  \nNavigating the role of a military spouse or significant other demands a unique level of resilience that may be challenging for many to comprehend. This workshop aims to emphasize and address these challenges\, fostering a sense of connection\, and reassuring you that you are not alone in your experiences. \nThis workshop will start with introductions followed by splitting into 2 groups\, half meeting with Angel Anderson\, who is a military wife\, mental health counselor\, and mindset coach. The other half will meet with Valorie (a military spouse as well) and our rescues\, to show how equines have a unique ability to hold space and connect on a deeper level. At the end everyone will reconvene and have time to mingle.
